Due to the nature of the Cape Epic, traversing some of the most remote terrain in South Africa, sometimes internet access isn't always accessible. Which is why Stage 5 and 6 galleries are slightly delayed.

Stage 5 was the team time trial -- and the Flu boys didn't fare as well here as they would have liked. The race takes its toll on every person differently. But while stage 5 was an average day, day 6 proved to be the one to watch for all Trek World Racing fans.
