So we all have our loyalties, but it seems the debate only gets better as the years go by. Voice your opinion now.. Which brand of shifting do you prefer?
And please -- post a reply with reasons why you prefer one over the other!

I like the Shimano triggers best, but both brands shift equaly good. SRAM is one step ahead on design and inovation. I voted Shimano, but next year with scheaper 2x10 groups from SRAM i would vote SRAM.
I can't really vote on this one, all of the bikes I've purchased have come with Shimano components. For those of you that voted SRAM, what things do you like over the Shimano? Just curious for when it comes time to upgrade components. Thanks.
Many argue that SRAM and Shimano perform equally well on the high end, so if performance is not the issue, then brand name, customer service, and personal history are the deciding factors in loyalty. I like both brands, use both component groups on my bikes, but all things being close to equal (price & service) I still would consider SRAM first over Shimano.

Both preform well but when it comes to customer service SRAM has it down.
